Destroy Nail Fungus Now!

I'm Ready to Share my Victory with you

Lets face it nail fungus is just plain ugly.  Who wants to be seen in public with ugly discolored nails caused by the same fungus that causes athlete's foot and jock itch?  Nail fungus is a common problem affecting many millions of people.  There are also plenty of over-the-counter and expensive and risky prescription medications that one can take to attempt to cure this problem.  But the fact is that almost none of them work in the short term let alone in the long term.I know I've taken such medications as Diflucan which is a very expensive prescription medication that you mistake for many months and is dangerous for your liver.  When a patient is on Diflucan he or she must be tested on a regular basis for signs of liver damage.  This is true of most if not all oral prescription medications for fungus of the body.  the sad part is that after taking this expensive medication for many months and seen some improvement in the male infection it simply returned as soon as you stop using the medication.  This is not unusual and in fact could be expected when a medication such as Diflucan does not deal with the source of the infection in the first place.

There are a lot of over-the-counter medications for sale that claim to deal with the problem of nail fungus, however none of them seem to work.  What I am offering you is a well researched approach to a cure for this problem using information and techniques gathered over many years of experience and intensive research into the causes and conditions that allow nail fungus to prosper on your body.  This approach to the treatment of fungal infections is a natural and holistic approach that does not make use of harsh chemicals and dangerous medications that can damage your body.

What is Nail Fungus?
Medical names: Onychomycosis, Tinea Unguium

Nail fungus is made up of tiny fungus plants [Tinea Unguium] that infect fingernails and toenails. The nails of our fingers and toes are normally a good barrier to infection. Once an infection gets under this barrier it works against us, making it difficult to treat the fungus.

More than 40 million people in the USA get this nail fungus. The fungus lives underneath the nail. The nail provides an excellent environment for the fungus and protects it, fungus like dark, damp places. This is why it’s hard to kill nail fungus.

Nail polish or acrylic nails rap moisture and fungus under the nails. Nail fungus grows because socks and shoes keep the toenails dark, warm, and moist. The toenails are 6 to 8 times more likely to be infected than fingernails due to the effect of socks and shoes. The fungus causes the area around the edges of the nail to become red and irritated. At first, the edges or base of the nail is affected. As it spreads, the nail and area under the nail show changes. There is often some discomfort and itchiness. Bleeding or detachment of the cuticles can happen. The nail usually changes color to yellow-green, or dark yellow-brown, and sometimes white spots show. The nails thicken and display grooves, lines, and little holes.

Is it Contagious?

Yes. The fungus can spread from one person to another because these beggars can live where the air is moist and people’s go around bare foot. Places like shower stalls, bathrooms, or locker rooms are high on the list. It is also passed around on a nail file or emery board. So, don't share files and emery boards with friends. If you use a nail salon watch them carefully to see they are only using sterile supplies. Nail fungus is likely to spread from an infected nail to other nails on your body.

How can I Treat Nail Fungus?

The best treatment of course is prevention. Keep your nails cut straight across. If nails are hard to cut, soften by soaking in salt water (use 1/2 teaspoon per 1/2 gallon of water and then dry well). Keep your feet dry and well ventilated. Be careful with artificial nails and be selective about choosing your manicurist. Ask about how they sterilize their instruments.

Topical creams applied directly to the infected site are often recommended by everyone, I have found them useless. Such creams include Lotrimin, Monistat, Nizoral, Tinactin, and Lamisil. These topical treatments usually fail, more potent medications are prescribed orally by doctors but they may have side effects, so tell your health care provider about any other medications, including birth control like the pill or Depo-Provera, if you are prescribed an oral medication for fungus. Also these oral medications are known to have caused liver damage in some people.  You will be required to take an LFT liver function test to take these medications and repeat it every 6 months.

A high protein diet may help your nails grow stronger and healthier.
